Refund policy

We want you to love your Coastal Ritual purchase. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us at info@coastalritualapparel.com, and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges and returns for store credit. Coastal Ritual does not provide prepaid return labels for these returns.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
