At Coastal Ritual, we want getting your order to be as easy as possible. Please review our shipping and delivery options below.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
U.S. Shipping
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: $8
- FREE Standard Shipping: Orders of $100 or more
- Express Shipping: $15
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Free Local Delivery
Coastal Ritual offers free local delivery to eligible addresses within our local delivery area.
If your address qualifies, the Free Local Delivery option will appear at checkout.
Local orders are generally delivered within 1–5 business days. You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery and another confirmation once it has been delivered.
Please make sure your delivery address and any applicable delivery instructions are accurate when placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
For shipped orders, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been fulfilled and a tracking number is available.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
